1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Palabrify mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Palabrify utilizes public Generative AI models to create flashcards, grammar exercises, and sentences. While we strive to provide the most accurate content possible:

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: Due to the probabilistic nature of Large Language Models (LLMs), the App may occasionally generate incorrect or nonsensical information. We cannot guarantee the absolute correctness of every translation or grammar explanation.
  • User Discretion: You acknowledge that you use the AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.

3. Subscriptions & Fair Use

Free Tier

The Free version of Palabrify is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties or guarantees regarding uptime or feature availability.

Pro Subscription

The Pro Subscription grants unlimited access to AI content generation. However, to ensure the stability of our service for all users, we enforce a Fair Use Policy:

  • We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate the accounts of users who generate content at a volume beyond standard human usage.
  • Any attempt to exploit the API, scrape data, or automate requests is strictly prohibited.

4. Service Availability & Maintenance

We thoroughly test the App to ensure a smooth learning experience. However, software bugs may inevitably appear.

We commit to fixing critical bugs within a reasonable timeframe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions caused by technical failures or maintenance updates.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Palabrify and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
